The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all inquiries and online bookings at www.lakeshore-inn.com
When booking online, your contract (which shall include these terms and conditions) will be with Lakeshore Inn. Contact Info: 780-639-0000, lakeshorecoldlake@gmail.com. All rates featured on www.lakeshore-inn.com are offered subject to availability while all rights to refuse any booking for good reason is in the right of Lakeshore Inn.
Pricing:
All prices shown online are in CAD currency per person per night (unless otherwise stated) based on 1 person per room, additional guests are $15 per person per night.
Children ages 10 and under are free of charge.
All prices include GST or Hotel Levey at the current rate.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Your price does not include any incidental charges, which could incur during your stay in the event of any incident charges.

All taxes and hotel levies are included at time of checkout on the website.
Please note; the prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and, until you have received your room confirmation, are subject to change without prior notice.
Availability:
Availability of rooms at the rates shown online may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods.
RULES & REGULATIONS:
Pets:
No-pets allowed inside the premises.
Non-Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
Parking:
Parking is free with limited availability.
Arrival and Departure:
Check-in: 3 pm
Check-out: 11 am
Early check in and late check out times may be requested but not guaranteed. If early check-in or late check out requested and not available, guests may inquire about leaving their bags and belongings in a secure location until such time is available.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your arrival date or a cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of your first nights stay.
Breakfast Arrangements:
One breakfast included in price, no refund for meals in the event a guest does not require. Please notify staff of any allergy or special breakfast requirements.

If booking direct with the bed and breakfast, you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid credit card. Please note: our website connection is secure. All contact and credit card information is secure.
Deposits and Payments:
- Payment will be made at the end of your stay – credit card held on file to secure reservations.
- If cancelled less than 48 hours, of your arrival date a cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of your first nights stay.
Final Payment:
Prior to or at the time of your check out date guests are required to settle any outstanding account balances in full.
In the unlikely event that Lakeshore Inn has to change or cancel a reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, guests have the right to:
- accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
- make alternative arrangements with the bed and breakfast; or
- cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of any costs you have paid to Lakeshore Inn in respect of your reservation.
For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any online booking.
Force Majeure:
Lakeshore Inn does not accept no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, floods, natural disasters, Other acts of God, fire or failure of electric power, acts of terrorism, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
Complaints or Comments:
Any complaint or comment regarding your stay should be made in the first instance to the owner or manager at the time of your stay in order for it to be resolved at the time.
General Information:
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we do not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time.
Lakeshore Inn shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation; fire, failure of gas, electrical, or any other power supplies; strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to attempt to exclude or limit Lakeshore Inn liability for the death or personal injury of any person caused by the negligence of the Company or its employees, servants or agents or to attempt to exclude or limit the Company’s liability in any manner which would be unlawful.
These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada.
